Cloud & IT Support

QA and IT Support Team will be responsible to ensure the software and system running well on the cloud as well as on the user devices. The support process includes users support, IT infrastructure maintenance and support, system and network security as well as system support. The server infrastructures are based on Linux/Unix and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. They will work in team and interact with other teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform implementation, maintenance, controlling and support of system and users
  2. Adhere to agree upon schedules of system support and maintenance
  3. Utilizes control systems such as control panels and monitoring tools/systems
  4. Work cross-functionally to define and develop system support & maintenance and SLA ( Service Level Agreement )

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  2. 1+ years’ experience in related area
  3. Experience with system implementation, maintenance and support of software systems
  4. Strong in cloud and internet skills as well as in system infrastructure.
